Early Childhood Education (ECE)
In my role as a Senior IT Project Manager for the State of Indiana, I helped deliver critical initiatives that support Hoosier families, children, and essential state programs. I oversaw technical vendors to implement state-sponsored Child Care Management System (CCMS) subscriptions and simultaneously led the transition of our subsidy and payment systems from swiped attendance to a pay-by-enrollment model. I also worked closely with our Quality, Licensing, Subsidy, and Background Check teams to define system requirements that maximize value for our most important stakeholders.
